My Story:

My name’s Nick Beard and I bring to Cutlers a young, enthusiastic, and fresh approach to Real Estate. After eight years of professional cricket for the Otago Volts, I made the tough decision to retire in my mid 20’s and transfer my skills over to the Real Estate industry. I haven’t looked back.

Born and raised in Dunedin, I have a genuine passion for the city and its people. I’m now raising a young family here, and couldn’t think of a better place to do so.

In regards to Real Estate, I am well known for fantastic customer service, consistent communication, strong attention to detail and ensuring a positive experience for all parties in a transaction: buyers and sellers.

My approach to any transaction is to ensure you become a lifelong client. The whole transaction is about YOU. Your needs, your goals. I want to ensure the experience is both positive and seamless.
